Welcome to the World of Food!

That's right...Ezekiel is about to be opened up to the world of food. He's been eating baby rice for the last few weeks now and it absolutely loving it!

We went to visit the child health nurse today and she is very happy with Ezekiel's progress. He now weighs over 15 pounds and is continuing on the same path as his father, grandfather and great grandfather when it comes to height.

Maree, our nurse, suggested that in the next few weeks we start to introduce vegetables such as sweet potato, potato and wait for it all the Canadians reading...yes, PUMPKIN. Yum Yum! Apparently they are the easiest veggies to digest.

The fun begins!

We're gonna get a high chair for Ezekiel next week so stay tuned for photos!

xoxo.

Ezekiel's Dedication

Here's a photo from Ezekiel's Dedication on Friday March 16th, 2007. :)

Check this out...

Here's a little video that I took the other night when Jeremy had Ezekiel on his lap. Ezekiel was in histerics because Jeremy was making funny noises at them. I grabbed the camera to record a video.

Because Zeke is so curious and stares at everything you cant take a video of him with the camera in his face or he stops smiling/laughing etc. cause he gets too busy looking at the camera! So that's why I filmed it the way I did so he wouldnt stop laughing.

He's now rolling over 3 times in a row seeing as he's worked out how to roll from his tummy to his back. I dont actually think he knows yet what he's doing and hasnt clicked on that he can roll back over to get his toys! Still learning.

He's also developed a new habit. Squealing at the top of his lungs...he thinks its hilarious!

He's just so much fun! xo

FINALLY...NEW PICTURES!

We had an amazing time with Jeremy's family here in Australia and found it extremely hard to say goodbye. Ezekiel was such an awesome little guy and was just perfect when we were flying. I said to Jeremy that God had to give us a child that liked flying because of all the rediculously long flights we'll be making between Australia and Canada for the rest of our lives!

Ezekiel is at such a fun stage right now. Becoming so much more interactive with the us and the big world...laughing, talking, sucking and chewing on absolutely EVERYTHING he can find, rolling over and all of that stuff. He is just a delight!

Enjoy the pics.
